A Milestone has been reached for the ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence. The Cyprus Atmospheric Remote Sensing Observatory #CARO_NF is here to stay.
The TROPOS Remote Sensing Department and the CARO teams make it happened under the umbrella of the European Union project EXCELSIOR.
Since 25th of June 2024 the cloud remote sensing platform complements the existing aerosol remote sensing platform of the #CARO_NF.
The CARO planned ACTRIS_RI National Facility in Cyprus will allow joint spaceborne and ground-based remote sensing applications in the field of Atmospheric Interactions!
