Participation in programmes subsidised by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus is subject to the following:

1. Attendance: Participants must attend at least 75% of the programme. Otherwise, they may be required to cover the full or partial cost, in line with HRDA regulations.
2. De Minimis Aid: Participants and/or their organisations are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with De Minimis State Aid limits and for declaring any relevant aid received. The training provider bears no responsibility for exceeding these limits.
