Dr Marinos Eliades joined the Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence (ECoE) team as a researcher in the Environment and Climate Department, in August 2022. He holds a PhD in Energy, Environment, and Atmospheric Sciences. His primary research focuses on monitoring environmental, agrometeorological, and ecohydrological processes in both forested and agricultural landscapes. Through active participation in national and European-funded projects (FP7, H2020, Horizon Europe, PRIMA, ESA-PECS, and RIF), along with a solid publication record (26 journals) and extensive research activity (field experiments and monitoring, sensor configuration and installation), he has developed expertise in forest hydrology, agricultural water management and evapotranspiration processes. Marinos co-led the conceptual development of PRECiRRi (https://precirri.ngrok.app/) and its precursor, the AgriNexus Hub.
