Human Resources Assistant
Erato Koromia is currently serving as the Human Resources Assistant at Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international, European and Economic studies and a master’s degree in human resources management, both from the University of Cyprus, and has experience in human resource management, business administration and sustainability. Her professional experience highlights her communication skills, problem-solving and adaptability, while always striving for improvement and learning new things within or even outside her field. Passionate about social causes, she seeks to achieve people-centric organizations, with great focus on employee well-being and continuous learning, and contributing to organizational success, while staying up to date with the latest industry trends that bring forth efficient and innovative solutions to the persistent HR challenges found in organizations.
