Stelios MAPPOURAS

Biography

Stelios Mappouras holds an MSc in Data Science and Engineering and a BSc in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT). Currently, he is a PhD candidate in the department of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering and Informatics of CUT. He is a member of the SEIIS Lab since 2021 and his primary research focus encompasses the areas of Software Engineering (Web, Mobile, Desktop), Blockchain Technology and Decentralized Applications, Digital Twins & Serious Games, as well as Smart Data Processing applications in the sector of health. Additionally, he is engaged in the planning and implementation of European projects currently managed by the laboratory.
