Internship
Andriana is a Computer Science and Engineering student at the Cyprus University of Technology with a passion for software development, technology and creating practical solutions. She is continuously expanding her knowledge in computer science through academic studies and technical projects. Through her studies and practical experiences, she has developed skills in programming, web development, robotics and electronics, working with different programming languages and software tools. She has also participated in an Erasmus+ technical training program in Germany, where she gained practical experience in planning and supporting IT services, setting up operating systems and networks, as well as developing and integrating software and smart home systems. Currently, Andriana is an intern at ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence in the Big Earth Data Analytics department, where she is gaining experience in a professional research environment and developing her understanding of data-driven technologies, satellite data, and their applications. Through this role, she is strengthening her technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills while contributing to real-world projects involving Earth observation and data analysis.
