Meeting with the Centre of Excellence in Risk & Decision Sciences “CERIDES” (27.02.2020)
On the 27th of February 2020, members of the “EXCELSIOR” team Prof. Diofantos Hadjimitsis, Prof. Phaedon Kiriakides, Lecturer Nikolas Kyriakides, Dr Christiana Papoutsa and Mr Andreas Christofe met with Prof. George Boustras Director of Centre of Excellence in Risk & Decision Sciences “CERIDES”, European University Cyprus at the Cyprus University of Technology premises.
An in-depth meeting where a number of synergies in the area of disaster risk reduction (DRR) and management were identified. Local and regional actions in the DRR area are planned. The Centre of Excellence in Risk and Decision Science “CERIDES” is a supporter of the work of EXCELSIOR Project which is a TEAMING action supported by the European Commission.
