The successful candidate will conduct research under multiple Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence projects funded by the European Union, including the flagship Excelsior H2020 Teaming project (https://excelsior2020.eu/) and the recently commenced Horizon Europe ‘AIOBSERVER’ (Enhancing Earth Observation capabilities of ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence on Disaster Risk Reduction through Artificial Intelligence; https://cordis.europa.eu/ project/id/101079468) project, as well as other national or industry-funded projects
