Participation in Annual meeting of the Cloud Remote Sensing in Paris, France

From the 14th to 15th of November 2022 our team member Dr. Rodanthi Mamouri participated in the Annual meeting of the Cloud Remote Sensing community of ACTRIS.

The topics of meeting were:

  • New calibration transfer methodology for different radar frequencies;
  • Status update of the Cloudnet data portal;
  • Βoundary layer characterization based on stability and turbulence measurements;
  • Operational 3D-wind retrievals from scanning Doppler lidar and Doppler cloud radar;
  • Overview and plans towards implementation of MWR processing.
