Strengthening International Cooperation: ERATOSTHENES and Canada Forge Closer Ties in Earth Observation
Honoured to attend the vin d’honneur today, 11 July 2025, hosted by the High Commissioner of Canada to Cyprus, H.E. Ms. Anna-Karine Asselin, marking 65 years of diplomatic relations between Canada and the Republic of Cyprus.
Our participation also highlighted the newly signed Memorandum of Understanding between the ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence and the Canadian Commercial Corporation, signed on 10 July 2025 by H.E. Ms. Asselin and Professor Diofantos Hadjimitsis, Managing Director of ERATOSTHENES. This agreement marks a significant step forward in strengthening international cooperation in Earth Observation and space technology.
