Anthoulis Fotiou is currently serving as an IT System Administrator at the Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence, where he is responsible for managing and supporting IT infrastructures, monitoring and maintaining computer systems, and scheduling as well as performing system maintenance, updates, and upgrades. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, along with industry-recognized certifications such as VMware vSphere, Cisco CCNA Exploration, and AWS Certified Developer. By staying up to date with technological advancements, he brings innovation and efficiency to every project he undertakes. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in managing IT services, providing technical support to end-users, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. His expertise contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring high-quality user experiences.
