Biography

My educational background is in Forestry and Management of Natural Environment at the University of Thessaly in 2000. I continued my studies at the Open University of Cyprus and I earned my MSc in Management and Protection of Natural Environment employing G.I.S. applications and Environmental Impact Assessments’’ in 2016. At present, I am an intern at the Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence, and also a PhD candidate at Technological University of Cyprus (CUT). I have participated as an author and co-author of several published papers in journals and international conferences with subjects such as Heavy metals, Remote Sensing and COVID-19, while professionally I was also occupied conducting Environmental Impact Assessments as well as working periodically for 4 years at National Forestry Departments in Greece.
