I am a physicist with extensive experience on developing mathematical expressions for studying the spatio-temporal evolution of a variety of phenomena, such as heat transfer, surface water and groundwater transport. In addition, I have more than ten years of experience on numerical implementation of modeling expressions, both algebraic and transport, that describe systems of various complexity in terms of scale and physical processes. My main focus is the optimization of water resources management, as well as the correlation between groundwater processes and the anthropogenic activities.
Until now, I have been involved in more than ten funded projects, both in terms of research and administrative activities. During these projects, I have elaborated large amounts of data in different formats through different softwares, such as Fortran, Matlab, Python and R. Recently, I have been involved on the spatial analysis of subsurface systems through the use of geostatistical methods, and I have applied different unsupervised machine learning algorithms for classification purposes.
