Mr. Theofilos Antoniou is the Educational Development Support Officer at Eratosthenes CoE, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience to his role. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom. With a strong passion for learning and development, after completing his studies, he became a certified Training Manager by the Human Resource Authority of Cyprus, further enhancing his qualifications and expertise in the field. With over 14 years of dedicated service in the Higher Education, HR and Training Management, and Project Management sectors, Mr. Antoniou has acquired expertise, among others, in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and overseeing various projects. His commitment to quality and excellence is evident in his successful attainment of accreditations from relevant national agencies for academic and vocational education and training, solidifying his status as a respected expert in the field.
